Damian is a Chartered Accountant and is a specialist in Taxation, his experience as an accountant spans over 17 years where he has worked in public practice for a number of organisations in the Gippsland region.

Damian is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and is a Fellow with the National Tax & Accountants association. 

Damian completed his Master in Taxation with Curtin University in 2022.

Damian's involvement in the community is very broad. It includes Rostrum and Past President of the Rotary Club of Morwell. 

Damian joined the board of Gippsland Disability Advocacy Incorporated in 2013 and served as the Treasurer for 10 years until November 2024. Damian is passionate about serving the community and advocating for the rights of those who are unable to do it for themselves.

Damian enjoys public speaking, meeting new people and attending events in the community.

Damian has a depth of experience in dealing with small to medium businesses, including non-for-profits, retail, real estate, IT, construction, medical practitioners and agricultural clients. Damian is passionate about providing quality service, finding solutions and working with client’s to understand their day to day issues in business.

Damian lives in Gippsland and has a young family with three children. He enjoys fitness and body building, and spending time with his family.
